Writing that sounds like you
Sequences and opening lines drafted from real company signals, then edited by you before anything sends.
Outly AI checks every lead, writes each email in your voice, sends it paced from your own Gmail or Outlook, and sorts the replies. One tool instead of four.
14 days of Pro free · No card needed · Then Free (250 leads, 1 campaign) or Pro, billed in rupees

Counted from our production database, October 2026.
I built Outly because I needed it. Running outbound for my own products, I was stitching together four tools that didn't talk to each other, each billed in dollars.
Outly is that whole loop in one place, priced in rupees. I use it every day for our own campaigns, and when you write to support, I'm the one who answers.
Your company here.
We're onboarding our first customers now. When there's a real story to tell, it goes here — not before.
Nobody quits outbound because the idea stopped working. They quit because the handoffs between tools leak, the sending reputation burns, and no single screen ever tells them what actually happened.
A finder, a sender, an inbox, a CRM. None of them talk.
Inbox placement drops and nothing seems to work anymore.
Volume goes up, replies do not. The domain pays for it.
You rebuild the same report by hand to find out what happened.
Outly AI closes the handoffs. The lead, the wording, the send, the reply and the meeting all live in one loop, so nothing leaks between steps and you can see the whole run on one screen.
Bring a CSV or build the list here. Every lead is checked and de-duplicated before it enters a campaign, because no sender fixes bad data.
The opening line is drawn from real signals on that company. If there is no signal, it says so instead of inventing one.
Sending is paced across your connected accounts with daily caps, working hours and randomized gaps, so reputation holds.
Replies land in one inbox, sorted by what they mean: interested, a question, an objection, or a no. The sequence pauses itself.
A booked meeting moves the lead along the board and attaches to the campaign that earned it, so you know what worked.
Not a sender bolted onto a list, and not a CRM with mail attached. The steps were built to hand off to each other.
Sequences and opening lines drafted from real company signals, then edited by you before anything sends.
Replies from every connected account, threaded and sorted by meaning, with a suggested response ready to edit.
Reply rate, meeting rate and campaign comparison, down to which opening line earned the meeting.
When a lead replies, or a send bounces, or a meeting is booked, the follow-up happens without you watching for it.
Every lead moves across the pipeline as the conversation moves, and never slides backward on its own.
Daily caps, sending windows and randomized gaps per account, so volume never outruns your reputation.
Need leads? Connect your Apollo or Hunter account to find prospects by role or company domain, or bring your own CSV. Every lead is checked and de-duplicated before it enters a campaign.
Billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card. After it, the free plan holds up to 250 leads, still with no card.

Full comparison and plansNo. The writing is one stage of five. Outly AI also holds the list, the sending schedule, the shared inbox, the pipeline and the reporting. If it were only the writing, you would still be stitching four tools together, which is the problem it exists to fix.
That is the right thing to worry about, and no platform can promise inbox placement. What Outly AI does is cap how much each account sends per day, keep sends inside working hours, put randomized gaps between them, and stop a sequence the moment someone replies or bounces. The rest comes down to your domain setup and your list quality.
Bulk lists and generic templates are dead. People still take meetings from mail that clearly knows who they are and why it was sent. That is the difference the personalization stage is built around, and it is why sending is paced instead of blasted.
Then nothing else will save it. Imports get column mapping and duplicate detection on the way in, and enrichment fills the gaps on records you already have. Feeding poor contacts into any sender just burns your domain faster.
Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Sending and reply reading both run through the account you connect, so replies come back into the same inbox that sent the mail.
Founders, small B2B sales teams, agencies, recruiters and consultants running outbound without a dedicated SDR team.
Import a list, let the writing get drafted, send it paced, and watch the replies come back sorted. If the loop does not hold up, you have lost an afternoon.
