Outly started as the tool Balu wanted for his own outbound. It is still used that way every day, which is how most of what you see in it got built.
I built Outly because I needed it. Running outbound for my own products, I was stitching together four tools that didn't talk to each other, each billed in dollars.
Outly is that whole loop in one place, priced in rupees. I use it every day for our own campaigns, and when you write to support, I'm the one who answers.

Priced in rupees
Plans are set in Indian rupees and billed through Razorpay, by card or UPI. No dollar pricing, no conversion surprises on your statement.
The founder answers support
There is no ticket queue. When you email or WhatsApp us, Balu reads it and replies himself, and what you report shapes what gets built next.
Built in public, honestly
We publish our own usage numbers, say plainly what is not built yet, and keep customer logos and quotes off the site until they are real.
Early, and saying so.
Outly doesn't have paying customers yet. Our own team runs its outbound on it every day, and we're onboarding the first customers now. If you join early, you get more of the founder's time than anyone will later.
