Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lavudiya Balu (trading as OriginU Technologies), Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”), for the use of Outly AI. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Outly AI for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

Outly AI helps you run outbound email: managing leads, drafting and sending sequences from email accounts you connect, sorting replies, and tracking your pipeline. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including by people you invite.

3. Sending email responsibly

You are the sender of every email Outly sends for you. You agree to:

  • contact only people you have a lawful basis to contact, and comply with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients;
  • identify yourself honestly, not use misleading subject lines, and stop emailing anyone who asks you to;
  • not send malware, phishing, fraud, harassment or illegal content; and
  • follow the rules of your email provider (such as Google and Microsoft).

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is breaking these rules or harming email deliverability for others.

4. Your content and data

You own the leads, emails and other content you put into Outly. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated content

AI drafts, reply classifications and research can be wrong. Review what is generated before you send or rely on it; you are responsible for what goes out under your name.

6. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees at the price shown when you subscribe, renew monthly until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. We will give notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

7. Third-party services

Outly works with services you connect, such as Gmail, Microsoft 365, CRMs and Slack. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make.

8. No guarantees

We work to keep Outly reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee inbox placement, reply rates, meetings or revenue: those depend on your domain setup, your list and your message.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Outly and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 8 and 9) continue after the agreement ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do, emailing you about significant changes. Questions: support@originutech.in.
