How to read this. Campaigns send inside a business-hours window, so this check treats weekdays 09:30 to 17:30 IST as sending hours; outside them, sending shows as outside sending hours rather than as a problem. Inside them, sending is marked degraded if campaigns are active and nothing has gone out for more than 3 hours. Reply sync runs about every 30 minutes during sending hours and every 2 hours otherwise; it is degraded after 4 hours without a check and down after 12.

This is a self-hosted status check: the page asks our own database, so if Outly is fully offline this page will be too. It is not a third-party monitor. It shows only times, never anyone's emails, names or workspaces.
