Find leads with Apollo and Hunter
Search people by role or a company's website, using your own API key.

Outly has no contact database of its own. Lead search runs on your own Apollo or Hunter account, using your API key and your plan's credits with them.
Connect your key
- Open Integrations and find Apollo or Hunter.
- Click Connect, paste your key into Apollo API Key or Hunter API Key, and click Connect Apollo or Connect Hunter. The dialog links to where each service shows your key.
- The key is encrypted and never shown in the browser again. You can disconnect at any time.
Tip
For Apollo, use a key limited to the endpoints Outly needs rather than a master key, if your Apollo plan allows it.
Search
- Open Leads and click Find Leads.
- People search (Apollo): fill in Job Titles, Location, Company Size, Company Domain, Email Status or Keywords and click Search Apollo. Tick people and click Add Selected to Leads. People without a known email are enriched first, which may use Apollo credits.
- By company website (Hunter): type a website such as acme.in and click Find people. Tick people and click Add N to Leads.
- Anyone already in your Leads is skipped.
Good to know
Some Apollo endpoints need a paid Apollo plan. If Apollo says the endpoint isn't enabled for your key or plan, check your Apollo account. Hunter only shows emails it found published on the web; nothing is guessed.
