Create your account and workspace

Your account is you. A workspace holds everything you send from: leads, connected inboxes, campaigns and replies. Most people need one workspace; agencies on the Team plan can create one per client.

1. 1Go to Create an account.
2. 2Enter your Full name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters, then click Create account.
3. 3You are signed in and taken to Create your workspace. Type a Workspace name (your company, or the client you are sending for) and click Create workspace.
4. 4You land on Overview. The next step is connecting an inbox to send from.

Invite a teammate

1. 1Open Settings and find the team members list. Only an owner or admin can invite.
2. 2Enter their email, choose a Role (Member or Admin) and click Create invite link.
3. 3Copy the link and send it to them. It expires in 7 days. If you have a connected inbox, Outly also tries to email it for you.
