Rotate sending across several inboxes
Spread one campaign over several inboxes while keeping threads together.

Sending 30 emails a day from each of three inboxes is safer than 90 from one. A campaign can rotate across as many connected inboxes as you like.
- Connect each inbox on Accounts. Inboxes on the same domain share its SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
- Open the campaign. In the Sending inboxes card, tick every inbox the campaign should use.
- Click Save inboxes. The card shows the combined daily total across the selected inboxes for today.
Each new lead goes to the inbox with the most room left today. After that, the lead stays with that inbox, so every follow-up comes from the same address and lands in the same thread. If that inbox is full for the day, the lead waits rather than switching inboxes.
Good to know
If you remove an inbox from the campaign or disconnect it, its leads are moved to another inbox. Their next email then starts a new thread, because it comes from a different address.
